Brenda Neill (My Grandmother) Has a mountain in Antarctic, Its called Mount Watt (Her maiden name). It was named this by the Southern Party of the New Zealand Federated Mountain Clubs Antarctic Expedition,(Long name, huh) 1962–1963, after Brenda Helen Watt, who was the expedition secretary.
Kate Neill (My Aunt) Has a seaweed named after her. This is because she is a Marine biologist that works for NIWA. The Seaweed is named nothogenia neilliae (Neilliae is apparently greek).you can see it in the photo below.
